Through the generous support of founders Forbes and Ursula Carlile, funds have been made available to swimmers, their families and the coaches at Carlile Swimming affiliated clubs to ensure they achieve results at the highest level. 

Details of what is offered can vary between facilities, but some examples include:

• Travel Opportunities - overseas and local
• Coaches Education - conferences, invited guest speakers and study tours
• Family Support Scheme - based on success of the individual over each season, reimbursement for expenses incurred attending local, state and national meets.
• Uniform subsidy
• Additional lane hire
