Carlile people are passionate about educating and learning, they understand the benefits of systemised and innovative teaching programs and importantly, they care for children and ensure their experience is safe and fun.

The Carlile Teacher training system is designed to ensure new staff undergo over 30 hours of preliminary training, including class observation and shared teaching before they teach their own classes.

All teachers are continuously observed and mentored and given additional training workshops on specific methods and teaching principles to ensure their ongoing professional development.
