We currently charge a flat monthly fee of $94.30 per student. This has caused some confusion over the years with families having trouble understanding billing when we have issued credits for public holidays or other facility closures.
Rather than charging a monthly average fee of $94.30, you will be charged $21.75 (lesson cost) x the number of weekly lessons your child swims each month (either $87 in a 4 week month or $108.75 in a 5 week month per child). Multi-child and multi-lesson discounts will still apply as normal. There will be no lesson charges for facility closures such as public holidays.
No. The new billing system will not make it more expensive to attend lessons. The cost over a 12-month period will be the same regardless of whether we charge per lesson, or charge an average monthly fee.
You will still be charged on the first business day of every month for that month in advance.
If you need to take a break from swimming you can still notify us before the end of the month to cancel your booking.
Simply download the Carlile Swimming App from the App store for iOS or on the Google Play store for Android. You can also access the same information via the Parent Portal on our website. Links can be found on your swim school’s location page at www.carlile.com.au.
From the log-in screen on the App, you will need to click the ‘forgot my password’ button. You can then enter your email address (the one we have on file) to receive a password reset link. Once you have reset your password you will be able to log in. Please do not click on ‘Create Account’ as an account with your information has already been set up for you.
From day one you will be able to check your bookings, see class timetables and manage your personal and payment details. We’re working hard on giving you the ability to make and move bookings through the App and to check your child’s progress. More information about this will be coming soon..
