With almost 80 years of experience and a program shaped by International Swimming Hall of Famers and an Olympic gold medallist, Carlile Swim sets the standard for Canberra swimming lessons. Founder Forbes Carlile was Australia’s first Olympic coach, starting his career in 1946. He and wife Ursula, are both in the International Swimming Hall of Fame, they built the first specialist indoor teaching pool where they pioneered baby and toddler swimming. Inspired by their legacy of scientific discovery and innovation Carlile Swim remains a world-renowned name in swimming.
