Both of my daughters have been swimming in the center for many years! The staffs are very friendly and my kids love the centre very much! From baby to now, they have been support on my daughter’s swimming journey! They always been flexible on parents’ schedules and super helpful! I will rated them 10/10. Special mentioned to the staffs and teachers in the centre: Jackie, Claire, Maddie and Ben!

Just wanted to give the whole team at Carlile Lane Cove West a 5 star review. Our 3 children are all here now getting swimming lessons and we have already seen a significant improvement in All 3 in a short period of time. We have been to a few swim schools over the years around the north shore and definitely rate this system as the best for us. The staff behind the desk are always happy and polite, the 3 instructors Tash, Manfred and Gordon are doing a super job with our kids. Even Dan from the assessing team is friendly and very observant watching the kids strokes all the time and always approachable. Very happy family at Lane cove Carlile.

We've had a very positive experience at Carlile Lane Cove West, and were encouraged by Allegra to share a review. Our daughter started in Tadpoles at 2.5y in June 2023 and has loved every minute of her lessons. It's so important to us that our kids are confident and happy in and around water, and Carlile's focus on learning these valuable skills and techniques is perfect for fostering that. Our daughter has been in the Seahorse class with Emilie H for a few months, and recently has made some really encouraging progress with her kicking and strokes. As a former swim teacher myself, I know that it can take time to master chin on chest, fast kicks, and overarm and get them happening all at once. It's important to be patient as the kids develop these skills and it's fantastic to see the positive encouragement from Emilie H, while not pushing our daughter to do things faster. I can’t say enough good things about the swim school - friendly staff, great clean facilities, excellent dedicated instructors, and easy car park. Special shout out to my child's instructor Tilly! My 5-year-old has shown incredible progress in both confidence and comfort in the water, all thanks to Tilly’s amazing teaching style. Her stern yet friendly approach has really worked well – it’s clear that she has a deep understanding of how to motivate young children while maintaining a fun and safe environment. My child looks forward to every lesson and has made good progress in her swimming skills. Highly recommend Carlile Swimming (and Tilly) 🙌🏼👏🏼

Been bringing my daughter to lessons here since she was 4. Always felt the program was beneficial and they always emphaised perfected her technique before moving her up. The ladies at the front desk are always lovely and willing to help, a special shoutout to Jackie and Liv. Highly reccomend

Excellent facility for kids to learn. My son has been to a few different swim schools before but he has progressed at Carlile the most. Professional teachers and staff.

Went into carlile to enroll my son into swimming lessons as he is beginning primary school. I was assisted by a lovely girl named Sophia, made swimming lessons for my son a breeze.

We have been attending Carlile Swimming in Ryde since July this year with our 4 and 6 year old, both are having a great time while learning the highly valuable skill of swimming. We have been to a couple of other places over the years, but I have to say this is the best one by far. So if you have a child that needs to learn how to swim I would highly recommend

I am beyond grateful for Carlile swimming team and the amazing teachers. Both my kids are currently attending Norwest center. Ms.Stacey and Ms. Amanda were very patient with my toddler when he had trouble transitioning into the big pool. Now he enjoys his lessons very much and looking forward to his class every week.

My 3 children all attend Carlile Swimming in Norwest and my youngest has a little anxiety about putting his head under the water. The team have all been so extremely supportive, trying different tactics to build his confidence. A special shout out to Alicia - her energy and passion shine through and Erica - her patience and gentleness has made my son feel secure; as well as Trish and Eloise who go the extra mile for him ensuring that special strategies are in place for him every week. I have never had to ask them for the extra support. They see the needs he has and graciously give him the extra support and encouragement. As for the older 2 children, they have moved up in skill levels 3 times in the space of 8 months. The team here at Carlile in Norwest are exceptional.

I have 3 kids all are currently enrolled at this centre. I saw their development and the skills they have got so far incredible. Their progress is so smooth and have no complaints. Staff are so friendly. I could say that Carlile- Norwest is a great place to learn swim.

As a previous employee of Carlile for 11 years resigning in 2022, I can honestly say this was one of the best places to work. That’s honestly what kept me there for so many years! I’ve contemplated writing this for a while and finally got around to it! The Norwest team is incredible. Working with each of the managers made it a dream to come to work. Karen does an amazing job as operations manager. The classes were fun, the kids were awesome and the atmosphere was always great! It’s a place built on consistently seeking to improve what we do and I was always grateful for feedback on my teaching to help the customer have a better experience. On a personal shout out…I have a friend currently attending water babies with her 2 year old. She’s been in Amanda’s class for that whole time and she and her little boy absolutely love her and the class! Go Amanda!! If you want a place to send your kids swimming. This is it! Always grateful for my time here and would alway recommend carlile! 🙌🙌

We have been using the facilities for all our kids from the last 9 years, this place is getting better by the day. Great location with awesome facilities; trainers are just at the next level with lots of patience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent swim school. Room for improvement- shower facilities

Been here for 6 years or more. All the admin staff and supervisors are super nice and helpful, they will assist you the best they can. Some teachers for the younger swimmer are great with children and very patient.

Great place for kids to learn swimming. Amazing staff who pays great attention to your child in their early years of swimming lessons. School holidays are even better as kids get intensive learning and practice (whenever possible). Just one observation that when the class is full, 6 or 7 kids seems a bit crowded. 5 kids max would be ideal. Overall two thumbs up!

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience at Carlile Cherrybrook! Our family's journey with them has been nothing short of remarkable. However, thanks to the unwavering patience and support of the team, he gradually overcame his fears and began to flourish. Within a remarkably short span of time, he was confidently swimming laps with minimal assistance—a testament to the dedication and expertise of the CC team. My daughter, who has a spirited and sometimes defiant nature, has also made significant strides under their guidance. The instructors at Carlile Cherrybrook have not only helped her refine her swimming skills but have also instilled in her a newfound sense of confidence and determination. We cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team at CC for their exceptional commitment to nurturing young swimmers.
